The Official STEINWAY Boutique is actually comprised of two separate stores with different purposes.  You are presently within the Made to Order Store.  All items shown on this store are custom ordered and decorated for your order specifically. Since the items are ordered for you only, We cannot accept returns on Made to Order (MTO) items for sizing issues. Exchanges and returns will be accepted within ten (10) business days of product receipt by customer due to manufacturer’s defect and will have the return and Midwest Promotional Group will pay the return freight.  We cannot accept returns on Made to Order (MTO) items for sizing issues.  Each item has size/fit grids adjacent for your reference. Currently we are not accepting returns during the Covid-19 pandemic, except for manufacturer’s defect.
Our standard shipping method is FedEx ground service to business addresses in the lower 48 states. Our Customer Service dept. will e-mail you with additional cost if you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Residential Deliveries are shipped FedEx SmartPost (or similar) - DELAY MAY RESULT. If you are shipping to a home, WE CANNOT SEND FOR A TIME SENSITIVE DELIVERY OR BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE. Be sure to enter your shipping address carefully!

At this time the Steinway Boutique only accepts US orders.
We accept the following bank credit card payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.  We DO NOT ACCEPT:   Any brand gift cards or debit (only) cards.
IOn the Log-in page click Recover Password then enter your email address and click the Email Link button. The system will sent you an e-mail with a link to reset your password.  Due to the level of encryption, it does not allow us any access to see your password. If you get an error message during checkout that your address or security code is not correct, realize that you must enter this info exactly as it appears on your bank statement.  This is a message that is being sent back to the web page by your credit card company. This error is not generated by us.

Embroidery: Our standard and de-facto decoration technique is embroidery. Midwest Promotional Group provides the best end-to-end embroidery in the industry. We have the most experienced digitizers and operators in the business. Our embroidery stands the test of time through a hundred washings or more. 

Heat Transfer: Midwest‘s heat transfers bring a new avenue to achieve detail to complex, colorful logos with heat transfers. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER NOTE – Transfer garments are NOT guaranteed for wear from improper handling including ANY EXPOSURE TO HEAT INCLUDING IRONING. The care instruction of a garment with a heat transfer decoration remains the same as specified on care label located on the inner left side seam. FOR BEST RESULTS THESE GARMENTS SHOULD BE LINE DRIED – NO DRYER, NO IRON. 

The protocol for care and reasonable testing assures that applied heat transfer decoration provides serviceable wear for the useful life of the garment. Normal wear life is generally considered to be a 2 seasons anticipating approximately 8-10 cleanings per season. In a uniform environment with high frequency of wear and cleaning, the life cycle could be condensed accordingly. If you have a concern about longevity, we suggest you choose an embroidered garment.
